Job Description CDA is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist.

In this role, the IT Support Specialist will provide desktop, remote, first-level application, and white glove Executive IT Support in a Microsoft Windows and Apple environment.

Successful candidates in this role will be able to provide top of the line support autonomously, exhibit strong documentation and organization, strength in Active DirectoryExchangeSkype for BusinessVPN, PC desktop, laptop configuration and mobile device management This is an internal customer-facing role, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.

Skills and Experience A professional, pleasant, and patient demeanor is a MUST Experience working with VIP and Executive staff Ability to communicate effectively, both in person, over the phone, and in writing Works effectively as a team member while having ability to work independently Strong attention to detail 3 years in desktop support role Knowledge of Windows desktop OS with a focus on integration into a corporate Active Directory domain environment.

Experience with common end user domain services such as printer drive mapping.

Ability to operate, configure, and troubleshoot issues common in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose common issues (compatibility errors, security settings, plug-ins) with the latest versions of Internet Explorer.

Simple network troubleshooting experience and the ability to useunderstand, ping, traceroute, and ipconfig commands.

Ability to deliver effective communicationdocumentation of troubleshooting information in ticket systems for inter-departmental use Education Degree in Information Technology is preferred but not necessary A and MCP certifications preferred
